Async batch export failed with timeout

Hello,

We migrated all (202) mailboxes from Exchange 2010 to Office 365.

53 can be backuped with Veeam Backup for Office.

But many fail to be back up with error : Processing mailbox failed with error: Async batch export failed with timeout

And sometimes : Mail item data export failed

Help :)

What version are you using? version 1 or the beta of 1.5?

In that case, please create a support call, drop the support case number here and the follow-up after that. If I am not mistaken this is known and our engineers will be able to assist you

Are there any news about this case, we are tryng this solution and we had the same error in 5 mailbox. I also found a suggest to add the folowing line to the config.xml under C:\ProgramData\Veeam\Backup365. Did some one try it? Is there an official answer?

The line to add

Hi Davide_Hal,

I just looked into the support call and there was indeed a solution for the above problem. However, if you have the same problem, please do log a support call also. The line you are showing there is indeed something that can fix the problem, but I would still like to see support look at those logs first so they can solve it and give you correct numbers to add to the config.xml file
