SALESFORCE test site

We do not use SALESFORCE in our company.

Is there a way to connect "VEEAM BACKUP FOR SALESFORCE" to SALESFORCE for demonstration & testing?

You could sign up for the developer Edition of Salesforce: https://developer.salesforce.com/signup
It has limited API calls but should be sufficient for testing/Demo purposes.

@Regnor is correct. A SFDC developer edition is created quickly (and is free). You could build a few simple scenario's in it to show how you can backup and restore some objects or field value's.
