1-Click File Restore problem

Hi,

I seem to have an issue with the 1-Click File Restore function.

I set it up last week with a daily job using guest indexing to Enterprise Manager (without an MS search server install). This worked fine and I could browse files and restore files via the 'FIles' tab.

At the weekend my month end job ran which processes the same file servers with guest indexing also enabled.

When I now click on the 'Files' tab the only restore points are from the month end job and not the daily.

Normally, you should see all the existing VM restore points in Enterprise Manager. Check whether they are not deleted due to retention policy settings and provide full logs to support for investigation. Thanks.
