9.5 Backup and Replication Free Version install fails

I am attempting to install 9.5 Backup and Replication Free Version on Windows Server 2012 R2.
I received a screen at the end that shows
Setup Failed. Installation was interrupted before application could be installed. You need to restart the installer to try again.
Below is what is shown in the BackupSuite log.

Any ideas on what I required to install the product?

Where do you find a case number for the free version?

• Click the Get support tab
• Open a case

Since you're using a free edition, the speed of answers will depend on support availability.

I did actually try to open a case prior to coming to the forum, but there is a required field on opening a case called:
Support ID *

I don't have it installed or a license, so I am not sure what or where to get a Support ID
