all backup jobs fail, but active full

In this thread I didn't find the answer to my problem or I didn't understand. So, perhaps I will repeat ,but better understand this time. )

Since a couple of week all backup jobs are failing with the same error:
Code: Select all
<date> <time> :: Error: Unknown extent for storage id <changing id>

Active full jobs are finishing with success - subsequent incremental backups are failing.

Changes done are a switch from enterprise plus to enterprise licencing + adding a backup repository.
the failures are on 1 scale-out composed of 3 cifs backends on NetApp.

ps: rescanning the scale-out is not a solution. ;)

Based on the topic you have mentioned, there is a hotfix that should solve your trouble.
