The error is "8/14/2015 2:28:25 PM :: Task failed Error: Disk '3fa5e2ee-c83c-4a23-8544-837ddc3b2224' not found."
Of course Veeam KB2012 action corrects this issue. However this is now happening and we are running Veeam 184.108.40.2060. It's strange as Veeam worked for several months before this kicked up.

Did you remove wrong disks` IDs as described in the KB?
