What happened?
If you recently lost access to the private VCSPs forums, this was due to the new automatic membership sync script that checks if:
1. Your company is registered with Veeam as a VCSP
2. Your forum account's email address matches your company's domain name.
How to fix it?
1. Make sure your company is still registered as a VCSP with Veeam.
2. Update your forum account to use an email address based on your company's domain name.
3. Re-apply to the Cloud and Service Providers forum user group using the User Control Panel. If your forum user domain address matches the domain name of a company that is a registered VCSP, your membership will be automatically approved by the script within 24 hours.
Thanks and sorry for the inconvenience!

Re: Lost access to private Veeam Cloud & Service Provider forums?
Hi, Vitaly,
I have a question regarding Memebership in VCSP group.
Are Aggregators allowed to access it?
Thanks,
Ibrahim
