Backing Up Exchange 2003 Cluster

I just wondered if you supported backing up Exchange 2003 Clusters, basically I have a customer with an Exchange 2003 Cluster, built with one physical node and one within a virtual environment obviously all of the databases would need to be failed over to the virtual node during backup but I'm not sure if it possible to backup an exchange 2003 cluster at all?

They would also consider virtualising the other node so that both are virtual....

Hi Matt, basically VMware does not support snapshots on VMs with disks engaged in SCSI bus sharing, which makes it impossible to backup traditional Microsoft clusters. Thanks.
