Hi, we have recently configured a weekly backup copy and it has worked fine for 2 weeks but this week the backup copy failed as one of the VM threw an error:
Error: Unable to get block digest: block is not initialized. Failed to upload disk. Agent failed to process method {DataTransfer.SyncDisk}.
Maximum retry count reached (5 out of 5)
Incremental copy was not processed during the copy interval
Any idea of what is causing this error message, this vm is not new and I see in the result that it was backed up succesfully over the weekend.
I am not sure what this might be. Can you create a support case? Post the support case ID here and the follow-up also after the investigation and (hopefully ) quick solution
