My Backup copy jobs have started to fail to my NAS device.
lots of free space/memory etc
i get the following errors;
03/08/2016 21:19:20 :: Failed to merge full backup file Error: The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.
Failed to open file [\\nas-server\VeeamOffsite\Offsite Backup Endpoint\Offsite Backup Endpoint2016-06-24T161851.vib] in readonly mode.
Failed to restore file from local backup. VFS link: [summary.xml]. Target file: [MemFs://frontend::CDataTransferCommandSet::RestoreText_{55c4b6c6-24dd-4307-8465-66a4d924effc}]. CHMOD mask: [0].
Agent failed to process method {DataTransfer.RestoreText}.

I've just tried to log a case in MY Veeam but when i click on "next" the page just refreshes and the case doesn't appear in "open cases"
Is that the ID you need or the one from help---license---support ID in V&R ?

John, we need the case ID number provided when you open a case, not your support contract ID.

took me 4 times to book it.... the screen just randomly refreshing when uploading the logs.
