Hi Guys,
I'm trying to setup a backup copy job that needs the run once an hour, the issue is that sometimes the incremental to be copied will take longer than an hour and the job is terminated, the next hour the job run over runs again and gets stuck in that loop.
is it possible to setup the backup copy job to run once an hour but never to terminate the job if it overruns?
regards,
Daniel

Re: Backup copy job interval & time limit?
Hi Daniel,
Do you backup copy to another site? Do you use WAN accelerator for that?
How often does your primary backup job run?
What I can see as a solution here is to make the backup copy interval longer than 1 hour, say 90 minutes or 2 hours, since your jobs can not be copied in the interval of 1 hour.
Or you can try to accelerate the backup copy job. Here is also a related topic.
Thank you
