Backup Copy Job - Retention

I have a backup copy job that copies data from a reverse incremental backup job to long term storage. The retention set up on the reverse incremental backup job is 21 and I also have 21 retention points set up on my backup copy job.

The issue I am experiencing, however, is that the retention level of the backup copy job is not going above 14. I also have two full backups with a 'W' in the retention column.

Has anyone else encountered this before?

Martin, so you have set the "Restore points to keep" setting to 21 and the job still maintains only 14? I recommend contact technical support to verify your setup and check logs, since this is definitely not expected.

Can you also post a screenshot of retention setting of a backup copy job? Based on the provided information, you're using combination of simple and GFS retention schemes. May be there is sort of confusion related to number of restore points specified. Thanks.
