Backup Copy process

Post by mesmeridze »

Hi!
I have two sites, first is where my VMs leave. On the second i have a storage.
I want to backup VMs and store data localy, then copy them to second site and store there on storage. Here is questions:
1. Do i need to have Backup Repository on the second site? Or do i need to have as minimum as two Backup Repositories?
2. If i am going to use WAN acceleration, what Veeam components do i need to deploy to use such functionality?

1) You have to deploy a backup repository at remote location.
2. If i am going to use WAN acceleration, what Veeam components do i need to deploy to use such functionality?
2) Source and Target repositories, Source and Target Wan Accelerators.

Thanks.
