Backup failed
after 30 second the backup are failed, but regularly working until two days ago.
now I have this report: Creating snapshot RPC function call failed. Function name: [Unfreeze]. Target machine: [192.168.1.240]. RPC error:Nessun endpoint disponibile dal mapping degli endpoint. Code: 1753
I try to create a new job but I have the same problem

Hello Marvin,
Could you please look through error messages in the source VM Event log? You should find the endpoint mapper errors there, please have a look at this Microsoft's KB, might be useful in troubleshooting:

If you are using 4.1.1, then there is a hotfix for incorrect vCenter events, see the stickied UPDATES thread on this forum for more information on this.
However, Vitaly had asked that you investigate Windows Event log on the failing VM, not vCenter events.

I investigate the windows event log and i don't have an error for the vm. the log I post is not from the vcenter, is from the local vm.

Marvin,
When we see such kind of errors, it means that RPC is not operating properly in the source VM. You may open a support case with our technical team to investigate all the job logs and Windows Event logs from that particular VM.
