We are backing up to a NASS box \\xxxx\xxxxxx\serverbackups

We had B&R 9.0 on server 01 which we stopped using and installed B&R 9.5 on desktop on new PC separate from both servers.
On the new desktop I noticed that scheduled jobs werent running but manual was.
Now i was told by veeam engineer to install 9.5 on 01 were we hand 9.0 so used upgrade and used existing Database. so server 1 now has 9.5 used existing database
I ran a scheduled backup for my 4 vms but failed 24/11/2017.
Error message:
Application is shutting down. Failed to download disk. Shared memory connection was closed. Failed to upload disk. Agent failed to process method {DataTransfer.SyncDisk}
I went into office 25/11/2017 and ran manual job.???
I need to get schedule backups sorted.
Should I unistall everythhing on gtls01 and reinsatll 9.5 with new trial licence.
