backup servers dmz

trying to back a virtual machine which is connected to a port group DMZ. I can connect from the network to the sever with RDP. Server has only local account so i made a account for Veeam to use to backup. That account has Administrator and Backup Operator rights. When i make a backup job for this server and create the same user account as credentials in veeam (dmz32\veeam), and set it as Guest OS credentials, and test it i get the following result

Are you able to connect to VM's ADMIN$ share from the guest interaction proxy PRX04 using the same credentials?

yes i can connect to it from the proxy04
