BackupCopy job status failed after retry success

I have noticed that when my BackupCopy jobs fail the 1st time and than does a successful retry the status remains on failed.
When i right click the job and ask statistics it shows success, all green no errors but there was first a failed attempt.
But in the job list it keeps showing status failed, then when I disable or restart the BackupCopy job the status switches to success.
The reason for the failed attempt is because the backup location was not accessible yet.
So every time the job had a failed attempt I need to login to the console and restart the job to force the status change.
This bothers me because I have a Powershell script that monitors the status (PRTG).
I'm on 9.5U4 but I think I had this behavior in 9.5U3 as well.

Anyone else noticed this as well?

that does not look normal to me. Could you open a case for that and post the case number here for reference?
