Just wondering which technique works best for others when sending Veeam Support ALL the logs in the support directory. Do you just send the logs for the affected backup job, and do zip & split ALL the logs into multiple zipfiles for the FTP site? Could be up to 10 separate zipfiles! Is there a more efficient way to send all the logs to Veeam Support?

Hello, usually it is enough to send the logs for affected job only. But easiest for you would be to just upload all the existing logs to FTP (from relevant dates), and our support will pull the required files from them.
