Can`t reinstall B&R 9.5.0.1536

Hi Community!

I need some help to install B&R 9.5.0.1536 again.

First I make a Install on Server 2016 (fresh install and up to date) without install errors, but i get connection problems:

Failed to connect to Veeam Server
I try to uninstall and install agian... I uninstalled all programms (Veeam and SQL) but B&R him self said some think like: "no programm is linked with *.dat". I found no "Veeam Uninstaller/Cleaner in the web, So i cleaned the registry by hand and delete all directorys called "Veeam". Chkdsk and Sfc scanned all fine.

In "System/Apps & Features" and "Services" is no waste from Veeam, looking good.
But if i now try to install (9.5 and 9.0) i get an empty error screen directly after double klick on Setup.exe.

Reboot, searching for mistakes and solutions online for hours, but nothing helps...

Can someone pls help...?

Please keep working with the support team regarding the installation issue. If possible please share the setup log with me (should be under C:\ProgramData\Veeam\Setup) via OneDrive or Dropbox, thank you in advance!

Hi Community!

I´m not the only one with this prob, find two others, but no solution...
Support says: Make a clean install from Server 2016, and support has no cleaner for B&R.
I will wait for tomorrow and if ther is no solution, we make a clean install from Server2016.

Thanks for sharing (we've found that blank error message). I also asked setup team regarding your problem and they advised that registry cleanup is not recommended during re installation (moreover it may corrupt your setup), so the proposal to rebuilt Windows server from scratch sounds like a good idea too me. I reinstalled the Server2016 and install Veeam on VM again, works now.
