We have an issue with the Enterprise Manager. When Restore Users other then the local or domain administrator logon to the Enterprise Portal, they get an pop-up with the followowing message:
Cannot find backed up VMs where the user belongs to Local Administrators group
It does not matter which browser is used. And, if a local/domain administrator logs in after the user, then the browser keeps on displaying the same messgage in the administrators session until you clear the browsers cache. All browsers have the same behavior.
What could be the cause of this?

Bastiaan, how those restore operators are added to Enterprise Manager and are they members of the local Administrators group? Is UAC enabled on the Enterprise Manager machine?

The users are AD users represents customers who are each member of a customer AD group, the groups is added to to Enterprise manager Roles. Each role is bound to a specific VDC organisation with Restore Operator rights.
They are not member of the local Administrator group of th B&R server, nor in the VM's itself. UAC is disabled in the B&R server.
They are not member of any group within B&R Users and Roles.

Hi, sorry my friend, but this was a little pre-mature. It has nothing to do with resolvement. The log snipped you have seen shows the in-addr.arpa resolvement of the user.
The real solution is to re-add the roles in the Enterprise Manager. Somehow after upgrading to u3 this resource-to-group association has gotten currupted. I've asked support if this is known.
