Cannot update version

Good Day All,

i have veeam backup & replication version installed on my production, i plane to upgrade to version 9.5
the installation was failed with error "cannot create backup of the installer database"
tried to stop Veeam backup Service & Veam backup enterpirse manager services before but still face the problem

please help..

I think the best way to address this issue is to contact the Veeam support and create a ticket. They for sure can help with this.
