I received an email about this.
1) AFAIK I haven't setup a "Case Administrator".
2) I am the primary License administrator (Again AFAIK I was main point of contact in purchase and license renewals)
3) I haven't had issues contacting support when needed and getting the help I need.
4) Is this required to continue to get Veeam support if not a MSP/VAR?
5) If I leave or something happens to me, can anyone else that work in IT get support?
Thanks.

Re: Case Administrator Notification
Hello,
it's hard to say for me what the content of the email was
you can see information about you / your company in my.veeam.com https://www.veeam.com/kb2211
4) customers have direct support with their licenses
5) if they are case administrators or have your veeam credentials, then yes.
Best regards,
Hannes
