Changed block tracking cannot be enabled: one or more snapsh

Hi

I tried my first mass backup to a NetGear readyNAS 1100 on 100Mbps LAN of some Linux VMs (10GB in size, 23 in total) all are ok with processing rate 78MB/s approx with duration 3 minutes. But two of the VMs took 30 minutes with 6MB/s & logs said

Enabling changed block tracking... Changed block tracking cannot be enabled: one or more snapshots present.

Planning to move this NAS to the same network as Veean backup server (1Gbps LAN) & all the VMs are created from the same template

Any idea?
