Hi,
We have recently been provided a Trial License to test out being a service provider for Veeam V9, and we've noticed our clients just continuously getting errors when trying to connect to us.
We can see traffic coming in and reaching the Veeam Gateway, B&R Machine and Repository, however the clients receive a "Cannot connect to service provider infrastructure error"
Have any other service providers been experiencing this issue?
We've been onto support and after about 10 hours on the phone, they cannot find any issues with our Network or Infrastructure, which leads me to believe it's an issue with V9 Veeam.
If any has experienced this before or has any advice please let me know.

Hi, Ryan. We have many service providers running v9 for weeks now, and there are no known issues like that. Please apply to Cloud & Service Providers forum group to get access to the dedicated forum for the service providers, as this topic will be moved there for further discussion. In fact, we have a sticky topic there with all known issues around v9 Cloud Connect. Thanks!
