Concurrent Snapshot Removal

Hello,

Is there a way to control how many snapshot removal operations veeam performs?

As far as I can see, since the parallel processing activation only 4 snapshot removal operations are performed concurrently. The rest are just waiting there. I don't know whether this limit applies in a vCenter or cluster basis.

Yes, there are two registry settings to control this:

Code: Select all

MaxConcurrentDeletingSnapshotsForHost (REG_DWORD)
MaxConcurrentDeletingSnapshotsForCluster (REG_DWORD)

Defaults are 2 and 4 respectively.

Can I use that values for version 9.5? I can't find it in registry editor

Please open a support case, our engineers will check if you set it up correctly or if there's indeed an issue with V11. They should be able to see from debug logs if a custom value is being used or not and why. Thanks!
