Another task is already in progress.
Not sure what Task is running !!
Any idea ?

Hello Mohammad, this issue is not related to Veeam Backup (our product just "suffers" from it by not being able to create snapshot). The issue is with the virtual machine you are trying to backup. Here is a helpful thread about the issue: http://communities.vmware.com/message/1304931
