Creating Virtual lab generating an error

Hi all,

I'm trying to create a new virtual lab, but getting the following error:

Hi Abdullah,

Do you have all components updated in the Veeam backup console? Do you have any existing virtual labs on the host?

there is no existing virtual lab.

regarding components updates, what components needs to be updated and how? all what we did is installing the new package 7.0.0.771

Did you have any previous installations on Veeam B&R on the same machine? Do you see any components with a warning sign in the backup infrastructure node of the backup console?

some of the components in backup infrastructure with warning's "out-of-date", after upgrading these components we succeed to create virtual lab, but now we are having another issue when trying to restore using Microsoft SQL AIR. Showing that "virtual lab is disconnected", could you help please?
