DataDoamin9300 Unavailable in Backup Repository

Hi Everyone
I have one DataDomain9300 as Backup Repository.I recently encountered a problem about connecting from my Gateway Server and DD9300. In VBR console in Backup Infrastructure, my DD9300 is Unavailabled and when I open Repository properties and select a server as Gateway Server and click NEXT button, after a long time a error masseage is displayed "Destination host unreachable.Host:[DFC-DD9300]".
I checked everything but I found no problem.I was completely confused !
Can Everybody help me?

Hi s65

If you have followed the guide about the limitations and have a supported DDOS version (DD OS version 6.2 to 7.6 with V11a) if using ddboost, then please open a support case with veeam as requested when you opened the topic. This is required for any technical issue (Forum Rule). With your license, you must have a maintenance contract with veeam.

Hi Mildur
DDOS version is 6.2 and VBR version is 11.0.0.837 P20210525.
I have 4 server for gateway server role and Only one server is connected DD9300 and when I select the other three servers that problem happens.
Until last week, everything was fine. Everything worked fine. This problem happened suddenly.

Thanks for the information. That should be supported for ddboost (are you using ddboost?).

It‘s difficult to say what‘s the issue without seeing any log (Please do not copy logs to this forum).

If you open a support case and upload the debug logs, veeam can tell you from their site what could be wrong.
That‘s the fastest way to have an answer for a technical issue.

Yes I using DDBoost and Fiber Channel Connectivity. I have been facing this problem for three days, I checked everything that came to my mind but this problem was not solved.

Your welcome.
With FC, i would make sure that all initiators wwpn numbers from your gateway servers are in the access group on the datadomain and zoning was configured correctly on the SAN Switch.
