Duplicate to Disk, Link Backupjobs How to?

Hello

We want to replace our symantec backup Exec to backup virtual machines. Now we have one question: In Backup Exec we make a backup to storage A and duplicate the Backup to Storage B, with a linked backup job. How we can do this im Veeam? I not found any option to duplicate the backup files or link a backup job to another..?
The second question is, how is your expierence with Veeam an a Tape loader?

1. Currently you need to create another backup job and point it to the secondary storage device or use the techniques mentioned in this topic: Best backup setup for mirroring backup respository
2. Can you please clarify your question? Veeam doesn't have native tape support yet, so I'm not sure what kind of feedback you're after.
