Entprise Manager never shows throughput at zero.

A few weeks ago, prior to my upgarde to version 6, I noticed that throughput didn't drop to zero in Enterprise Manager any more.

It used to be that on the 7 day and 24-hour views, I would see throughput at zero when no jobs were running - now it bottoms out somewhere aroudn 40 or 50 MB/s.

I thought maybe this would go away after my upgrade to 6, but it's still there.

Is this familiar to anyone? Easy fix? (I have not opened a ticket yet; this is a non-problem in terms of backups, but it does make the throughput graph less clear.)
