Error in Oracle job

I find an error in a backup job that has Oracle VM .

There are days that make the task correctly , but other days , you need to make the RETRY .

Indicates this detail :
Processing Oracle Error: The system can not find the file specified . Error code : 2 Failed to read data from the file [ \\ \ GLOBALROOT \ Device \ HarddiskVolumeShadowCopy65 \ Server \ Oracle \ W2008R2_SP1_STD_X64.vhd ?] . Failed to read data from the file [ \\ \ GLOBALROOT \ Device \ HarddiskVolumeShadowCopy65 \ Server \ Oracle \ W2008R2_SP1_STD_X64.vhd ?] "Failed to upload Disk Agent failed to process DataTransfer.SyncDisk method { } Exception from server: . . . Then the second attempt perform the task correctly.
