Different errors on backup jobs

I opened case (Case # 00735902). But our version Veeam B&R don't supported. Maybe you can help? We have any errors on backup job:

When testing revealed the problem:

When accessing the server DNS name \\ clustera.isilon. *. Ru \ bni_vb $ to storage tasks do not run.

If you specify an IP address in the repository \\ 10. *. *. * \ Bni_vb $ jobs are successful.

Workaround: Configure a new repository with prescription IP addresses instead of DNS-name.

Perhaps on the storage system does not work balancer.
