I need to restore the inbox of a users mailbox from a backup created in Veeam v4.
I have since upgraded Veeam to v5 (Enterprise) and installed Enterprise manager.
My questions is.. Can I use the new features in Veeam (Exchange AIR) to restore from a v4 backup? And if so what is the process for restoring a mailbox.

Hello Antony,
It's ok to use backup files created with v4. Since you've already upgraded to v5, you have nothing to do but follow the instructions in FAQ: U-AIR Workflow. Hope this helps!
