Experience with File Copy on Backup Proxy?

Hello,

My Situation:

We have one Physical Backup Server (B&R 9.5 U2) with Windows Server 2016. The connected Backup Repository is a QNAP-NAS with an iSCSI-LUN connected to the Backup Server.
We have also one Backup Proxy (Windows Server 2008 R2) which is also connected to the same LUN like the Backup Server.

Now i try to Copy the Files with a File Copy Job from the Backup Proxy to the iSCSI-LUN. So this Job does not affected the Network between Backup-Server and Proxy. The Job is configured on the Backup Server.
If i start the Job, the Job stays in Status Job started and nothing happen.

Are my thoughts right or did i do something wrong ?

Hi Benjamin, please contact technical support so they could take a closer look at whether everything is set up fine and what's happening after you start the job. There should be some information in the log files.
