Export Backup - Choose Target?
I really like the export backup feature introduced in 9.5 update 4. I've been able to use it for a variety of tasks. Is there a way, possibly through powershell, that I can choose the target of the exported data? I have a tenant who would like a full backup restore point from 2 weeks copied to a USB disk. From what I can tell, the exported backups can only be created to the repository they currently reside on. I see no way to redirect them. Other solutions are acceptable, i just really like how you can select a specific point in time for the export, and it creates a single .vbk file.

Re: Export Backup - Choose Target?
Hi Michael,
We have a feature request for that. It's also not supported via Powershell yet, but I noted it as an enhancement for Export-VBRBackup cmdlet a while ago.
As for a possible workaround, check my post here.
Thanks,
Oleg
