Failed to call RPC function 'PckgInstallEx'

Hello All,

Today I am tested performing Veeam to my infrastucture.
But when I try adding Server in Veeam Backup and Replication GUI (version 11 Community edition) I receive a notify below.
I submitted Ticket Case #06315239 on Veeam Portal (my.veeam.com) but cancel by supporting other cases
I tried searching to fix it still same have issue. Can someone figure out issue and give me some advice?

Unfortunately, these are not support forums, and to solve environment-specific issues our personnel will need access to the infrastructure and debug logs, neither of which can be carried out efficiently over forum posts (thus the support cases and webexes are required).

I'd try again to open a support ticket and see whether the support team is loaded is less next time to take over the issue reported.

It's okay, I understand about the limit in the community edition.
I tried to research but I don't see any document telling about PckgInstallEx so I only asking someone right here.
