Failed to rename file during Rollbacks

Hi, I am using Veeam version 5.0 and am performing incremental synthetic full backups, and transforming previous full backup chains into rollbacks. The backups complete, but the rollbacks are failing (after about 2 days of trying). Veeam is backing up Virtual Machines from our SAN, and then is storing those backups on a NAS. The error we are getting is:

Failed to rename file '\\cannas0001\backup_repository\Veeam\Infrastructure Backup Daily2012-05-29T210039.vbk' to 'Infrastructure Backup Daily2012-06-01T210036.vbk'
The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.

I can’t imagine why any other process would use this file? Any help would be appreciated.

Do you have any antivirus running on your backup repository?

Or tape backup jobs (or anything that copies backup files anywhere).

Try to install any free tool (for ex. Unlocker) to see what process has locked these files.

Hrmm, this is a NAS. Not sure how I can do that since the NAS runs it's own operating system, but I will look into it.
