Failed to restore guest file

Hello,
i try to make a test restore on our VM.
I'm trying to do a guest file. When i try to restore the specific file (overwrite or keep) i have an error message : Failed to connect to vcenter ("name of the vcenter server").
But when i copy the file there is no problem. I have see the KB2016 . But i don't uderstand how to control the vmware account use for the communication.
Did someone already have this issue and how to resolve it.

You do not need connection to vCenter if you're saving the file locally (use the Copy To option), but it is required to restore to original location. Make sure vCenter server is available from the Veeam B&R console (try to rescan it).
