In the Veeam AFW and VEB, you can open a support ticket right inside the application (and in fact you cannot open one any other way for VEB).
It would be absolutely fantastic to see this for the B&R console.
I'm certain your support must frequently request log files and details (which job, which VM, etc) from customers having issues. Having the ability to choose all of that and automatically upload log files would be absolutely brilliant - it would save end user time (no more logging into the case manager, filling in a bunch of details, uploading logs) and it would save support time (no more asking for and then waiting for logs), all while providing a much more consistent set of input to use for support analytics.
