Feature request - Parallel file-indexing without job block

Hey together,

another feature request: We have a heavy use of file-indexing, because (when it works) it works very fine. Sadly we have very big filesystems (such as 6 TB and higher), and the file-indexing process takes really long, partly longer than 24 hours.
While file-indexing is running, the backup job is blocked and cannot start again. So when it takes longer than 24h my backup job with a daily schedule doesn't start and I can't guarantee my RPO's.

I wish to outsource this process from the active backup job, so that it's possible to make new backups, parallel to the running file-indexing process.
