how do i speed up restore

Its taking us 6 hours to restore 1.2 tera bites of data .how can we reduce this time.

Please can you share more details about your infrastructure and transport mode used for the restore.
On top of that, please be aware that Hot add transport mode should speed up the restore process. Alternatively, if you want to access data quickly, consider using instant VM recovery option. Thanks!
