How to move VMs between jobs?

i I have 10 jobs with 10 VMs in each job.

After some testing I found that I can get better results if I change and move some VMs between the jobs.
My question is how to move the VMs without loosing the replica and without any problem.
Is there any best practice?

Remove from one job, add to another job and set up replica mapping in the new job to avoid new full sync.
