Incremental backup of a Datastore folder?

I have set up a bunch of Backup and Replicate jobs. They process just the day's changes, as expected. I also have a folder on my ESXi datastore containing ISO images. The only way I have found to copy that is using File Copy. That does a full copy every time. Obviously, the content changes seldom, and then only new (or deleted) files. I want to do this all with one product, like v5, but it's looking like I'll have to use rsync somehow for this part of the backup plan. What am I missing?

Hello Dan, currently there is no possibilty to run an incremental file copy job. Changed block tracking can only be used with VM backup/replication jobs.
