Installer(s) will not run

Hello All,

my first post on this forum. I have VB&R 9.5.0823 running on a Windows 2008 R2 virtual machine.
I have download updates U2, and U3a, and U4a.
It was my desire to install 3a (or 2) such that U4a could be installed.

I have expanded the zip files for 2 and 3a. They expand to a *.exe file. When I try to run the exe (either one)
the file will not open the installer - a dialog dispaly saying "It might take a few minutes to expand the files".
When nothing happen, and that is after 1 hour of letting it run.

Am I missing something here?

Hello ewholz,

Update 4a is a cumulative update (so it contains all the previous updates with it). Can you please download U4a from our website once again and start the setup from the iso as it should initiate the upgrade procedure. Cheers!
