[Suggestion] Job Log additions

I would like to see a few things added in the job logs. I ran into an issue where backup sizes were getting larger than the past and eventually found out that someone change the Compression and Optimize settings.

I would be great to see these two settings listed in the actual job log. Also, a line for the type of job thats running, Full, Reverse Incremental, Forward Incremental may prove useful.
