Job Summary Notification email needs more info

Right now, our job summary notification shows the following:

Subject: Veeam Daily Report: 1 Errors, 0 Warnings, 26 Successes

Body: Summary of last sessions for all jobs: 1 Errors, 1 Warnings, 54 Successes Veeam Backup Enterprise Manager https://******

That's it. So the body, which should be an expansion on the subject, gives completely different numbers, with no good explanation as to why.

The reason for the discrepancy is that the subject shows only the numbers for the past 24 hours, whereas the body gives numbers for all configured jobs. However, I'd like to see a change made to the body of this email so that it comes out along the lines of the following:

Summary of jobs taken during the last 24 hours: # or day, depending on how Veeam handles the clock change
- 1 error/s
- 0 warnings
- 26 successes
- 0 errors remain after retry

Summary of all configured jobs:
- 1 error
- 1 warning
- 54 successes

Error overview for last 24 hours:
- Client:
- Error: Veeam.backup.agentException
- Knowledgebase URL:

I'm hoping that a Veeam product manager can follow up on this and get this (or something similar) implemented.

Stuart, thank you for your feedback. We will log this request in our tracking system. On the other hand, if you want to have more flexibility in reporting (formats, data, etc), then I would recommend taking a look at our pre-defined reports (for example, this one) in Veeam ONE for backup. Thanks!

We still recommend using Veeam ONE to address backup monitoring and reporting needs.
Veeam ONE is a part of Veeam Essentials and Veeam Availability Suite.
