I just upgraded to v6 and now my jobs are missing. Also, the upgrade didn't create the correct repositories. It just created a standard one. Any way to fix this or should I revert back to v5?

Please contact our support team with this as it is hard to troubleshoot technical issues via forum. Your jobs should continue to run normally after the upgrade - most likely you did something wrong during the upgrade process. Btw, have you pointed the installation to the SQL database you used for v5? Thanks.
