So, here is a tricky one, albeit slightly left field....
I had a job with a financial company in London. I recently left. When I created my Veeam Web Portal login, I aligned it to an email address with the corporation I worked for.
I don't work there anymore. I need to create a new account for myself. I still need to access documentation, review SME vids, download trial software etc etc etc. But hey, guess what ? Veeam have locked me out, because you cannot create an account with a personal email address. This means that because I am not employed I am effectively dead to Veeam. What a crazy situation, and its hurting me.
Ok so you can at least login in with FB, Google+ or Twitter, but you still don't get access to anything without creating an account. Also, I can't recieve my weekly forum update from Gostev, because you cant use personal email there either.
So has anyone else come across this ? If so what is the way round it ? Come on Veeam, don't punish me just because I resigned !
Thanks
PhillyBoy

Re: Logging into the Veeam Web Portal
Hi PhillyBoy,
Actually, any account registered on these forums receives the weekly digest email from Gostev. As for accessing veeam.com content, then this is managed by your previous company. As far as I remember documentation does not require any login either.
Thanks!
