Mantenance license question

Hi

A simple question, If for example we original bought 50 sockets of Enterprise Plus, and have been paying yearly maintenance on them for a few years. Then we shrink our environment down to say 30 sockets, is it just a matter of paying maintenance for 30 sockets going forward? And then later, maybe sockets increase again and we want 50 sockets a year later, can we just start paying again for 50?

Or are we locked into future maintenance contracts based on the original perpetual licenses?

Mark, better contact your sales rep, however, I believe you can receive new license for the required number of sockets and start paying according to this number.
