Migrate jobs from one SelfManaged user to another

Hello,

The use case is the following:
I have a customer which has been added as a user to the self manage portal instead of a group.
I want to add the whole group instead of the user but deleting and recreating the account will not "migrate" the jobs, even though the client will log on with the same user, the only difference will be that in second case, the object added to self manage part will be a group instead of a user.

Is there a workaround around this other than recreating the jobs?

Hi George,

We don't have a standard solution for user migration in such case.
As a workaround you can keep this user account and add a group. In this case, user will need to choose how to authorise - as a self-managed user or as a group user.
